Order processing
Orders are typically reviewed and prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Processing times may be longer during launches, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Shipping timelines
Estimated delivery times depend on destination, courier service, and customs or local handling. Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and may vary based on external shipping conditions.
Shipping confirmation
Once an order has been dispatched, customers may receive a shipping confirmation and any available tracking details so they can monitor the shipment in transit.
Returns and eligibility
Returns may be accepted for eligible items in unused, unopened, and resalable condition within the return window stated by Fioreen. For hygiene and product safety reasons, opened skincare items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact Fioreen as soon as possible with order details and supporting photos so the issue can be reviewed promptly.
Refunds
Approved refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method. Processing times for reflected funds may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
